Meet Nancy

Nancy Lee-Wintering is a dynamic and experienced real estate professional based in La Canada, CA. Born in Glendale and raised in La Canada, Nancy has been involved in the real estate industry for over 35 years. She started her career as a real estate agent buying and selling homes, earning the title of "Rookie of the Year" and receiving continuous recognition for her achievements. She quickly recognized the need for dedicated mortgage professionals within the real estate office, which led her to become a Loan Officer in 1991 for the next 25 years.

With her deep understanding of real estate and all its facets, Nancy is well-versed and multi-faceted in handling the needs and concerns of both first-time homebuyers and experienced repeat purchasers. Her experience in real estate sales and mortgages allows her to provide excellent service while offering a well-rounded perspective to her clients. Nancy is known for her integrity, honesty, and professionalism, and she demonstrates consistent skill, patience, and efficiency in processing all real estate transactions.

In 2019, Nancy formed a successful partnership with her daughter, Jaime Lee Palladino, creating a dynamic Mother-Daughter real estate team known as Nancy and Jaime. With Nancy's experience in sales and lending, and Jaime's marketing and business aptitude, they provide an excellent home buying and selling experience for their clients through expert negotiating and innovative marketing. Outside of real estate, Nancy is committed to her faith, family, and charity. She currently resides in La Crescenta, CA, and continues to be an accomplished and respected figure in the real estate industry.
